1.Teacher shows the words we are going to learn:grain,corn,vitamin,mineral,fibre,protein,bean,Asian,soy,calcium,bone,yogurt,contain,balanced,diet and then teaches the students how to read these words.After that,explain the meanings of these words and explain the usages of them.
2.Ask the students to remember these words by themselves and ask some students to play a game.The one who can remember more words will win the game and will receive an award.

4.Read the text again and do Exercise 1 and Exercise 2(Part 1) on Page 7.

7.Do Exercise 3 on Page 7.
