设计意图：对于孩子来说，这些未知的东西，吸引着他们去探寻这些秘密，激发学生学习的热情。
环节2

Explain the usages f “unless”.
Read the dialgue by themselves and d Exercise 1 in “Let’s D It！”
Bk clsed.Students listen t the tape and d Exercise 2.
Read the dialgue and let the students act ut the dialgue in grups f three. Then d Exercise 3 in
“Let’s D It！”
6.Explain the meaning f the whle text sentence by sentence，help the students remember the main phrases and the main sentences.

设计意图：采用任务型阅读理解的方式，让学生快速阅读，理解对话意思，解决问题，教师最后核对答案。
要点点拨。
(1)turn arund本身的意思表示“转身”，但是它有一个引申的意思，就是“把不好的情况转变成好的情况”。
(2)It’s wrth a try.它值得一试。
be wrth＋n.当名词为金钱时，表示“值……钱”[来源:学+科+网Z+X+X+K]
be wrth ding sth.“值得做某事”
(3)unless的用法：unless是从属连词，引导条件状语从句，含有否定意义，相当于if条件状语从句的否定形式。所以unless＝if nt。注意：unless引导的条件状语从句和if条件状语从句，与其它时间状语从句一样，用一般现在时代替将来时。
(4)even if的用法：even if即使，尽管。引导让步状语从句(＝even thugh)。
