环节1 新课导入
1.Ask a student，“Have yu ever been in a theatre? What did yu watch？”通过和学生交谈，询问学生看过什么类型的电影。再问其他学生，“What d yu knw abut making mvies？”。
2.展示：利用多媒体呈现不同类型的影片片段，先让学生说出影片的名字，再归纳这些影片分别属于哪种类型的电影，逐个呈现新单词的中英文形式，学习新单词。What were first mvies like？Let’s learn the new lessn：Mving Pictures.
设计意图：这样的活动使学生在轻松活跃的气氛中学习和掌握知识。
环节2
1. Have a discussin with the students abut the tw questins n the textbk.
2. Cllect the answers frm the students.
3. Ask the students t read the text by themselves and then d the exercises.
4. Ask tw r three students t read this passage.
5. make a list f types f mvies.Then add ther types f mvies.Ask ne student t reprt his/her answer.
6. Listen t the tape and finish Exercise 1 in “Let’s D It！”，and then repeat after the tape.
7. Students read the text and answer the questins in Exercise 2 in “Let’s D It！”.
8. Shw different kinds f mvies：cmedy，hrrr(scary)，actin，cartn，suspense(thriller)，fantasy，dcumentary，rmance，science fictin，mystery，war，musicals and mre.Let the students ask and answer abut preferences and reasns.
9. Then d Exercise 3 n Page 85.
10. D Exercise 4 and Exercise 5 in “Let’s D It！” after class.

设计意图：通过一定数量的题目，检验学生对知识的掌握，让学生对这篇文章有更好的理解。
要点点拨
（1）be made in当后面接指地点的名词时，表示“在……地方制造”；当后面接时间的数词或名词时，表示“某物何时制造的或何时生产的”。
（2）thusands f数千，成千上万。表示不确切的数目。
（3）宾语补足语：某及物动词的宾语后面还需要有一个补足语，意思才完整，宾语和它的补足语构成复合宾语。而复合宾语的第一部分通常由名词或代词充当，第二部分表示第一部分的名词或代词的动作或身份、特征等，称为宾语补足语。
(1)名词/代词宾语＋名词
The war made him a sldier.这场战争使他成为了一个士兵。(a sldier是宾语补足语)
(2)名词/代词宾格＋形容词
New methds make the jb easy.新方法使工作简单了。(easy是宾语补足语)
(3)名词/代词宾格＋介词短语

(4)名词/代词宾格＋动词不定式
