本单元主要围绕健康与习惯的话题以过去时态展开讨论,能够介绍自己的生活习惯;能够用询问他人身体健康状况,能够说明自己的身体哪里不适;能够给他人提出合理的健康建议
(二)相关内容的上位知识分析以及本单元的教学重难点
在四年级已经学习过关于就医的内容如:What’s wrong/ the matter with you? I’ve ---. 以及健康建议功能句如:You’d better---. You should ---在第一单元中已经初步学习了一般过去时的基本结构和用法. 本单元则侧重运在具体语境中用过去时态表述过去经历或状态;巩固一般过去时的基本结构。本单元教学难点是恰当运用以wh /how开头询问过去发生的事情
(三)语言知识点之间的联系与整合;各单元间的铺垫与延伸
1. 单元之间的联系:第一单元初步学习了一般过去时态的构成和使用,第二单元是将该知识运用于就医情境中。

二、 单元目标
1. 能听懂、会说有过去经历、状态的功能用语,能用when did you ---?对从事某事时间进行问答;能用what happened to---?/ What did he said?对过去经历进行询问和回答。
2. 能听、说、读、写本单元的单词,认读的短语。
3. 掌握一般过去时的基本句式以when,what,how提问的特殊疑问句和否定句。
4. 能正确地朗读课文,表演对话。
5. 能读懂故事,完成阅读理解,完成练习。

UNIT TWO I DIDN’T SLEEP WELL LAST NIGHT
Lesson 5 第一课时
一、教学内容:
1. 主题课文:
Doctor: You look tired, young man.
Baobao: Yes, doctor. I didn’t sleep well last night. My head aches.
Doctor: When did you go to bed?
Baobao: I went to bed at 11:30. I played computer games.[来源:]
Doctor: If you don’t get enough sleep, you’ll feel sick. Go to bed early tonight.
2. 功能句:When did you go to bed?

3. 词汇:
四会:sleep head sick tonight
认读: walk / walked the dog / at 5 o’clock
have / had dinner / at 6:30
see/saw the film last month
二、教学目标:
(一)知识与技能:
1.能听懂、会说询问何时从事某种活动的功能句,并能按照情景做出正确的反应。
2.能认读sleep head sick tonight等词,并在上下文中理解其含义。
3. 能正确地朗读课文,表演对话。
(二)过程与方法:
1. 通过图片,对病症进行复习和补充。
2. 通过创设情景综合运用所学病症的知识。
(三)情感态度目标:改掉熬夜恶习养成良好生活习惯,保持强健体魄
三、教学重点:
1.句型:When did you go to bed? -I went to bed at 11:30.
2.词汇:动词过去式(以e 结尾直接+ d的动词 )、过去时时间状语
四、教学难点:
1. 理解过去时时态含义,了解表示过去时态的时间状语,
yesterday evening=last night etc.
2. 掌握动词过去式变化规律:以e 结尾直接+ d的动词及过去式不规则变化
3. 语言点:wh /how开头询问过去发生的事情

活动目标: 激活已经学过的关于活动的词组,为后面学习做准备

活动目标: 复习过去时态,导入主题课文

活动目标:通过仔细观察图片得到信息,预测内容,帮助理解课文内容

活动二:Listen and answer
活动目标:通过听录音检索关键信息,理解文章

逐一出示图片,学生说出对应词组

说出对应的动词过去式
Ss: draw- drew, play-played, do-did, go-went, have-had
仿照例句小组讨论
