Step 1 Self study Let the students read and learn the words and sentences. Words: this ,that ,English, spell,please, key , orange , jacket,map , ruler , pen , cup, dog,computer, bike, cake ,kite Sentences: -----What’s this/that in English? -----It’s a computer. ----Spell it,please. ---- C-O-M-P-U-T-E-R. Step 2 Take your show The students come to the front class and take the show to read the words and practice the conversations. Step 3 Test and directions Dictate the sentence on the blackboard. Then check together and correct the mistakes. Then read the words and let the students choose the words they hear and circle them. Step 4 Groupwork Get the Ss to practice the conversation with this or that in the picture. Then make their own conversations. Then , finish the exercise on the book on P 11 2c. When they have any question,they can ask the students or the teacher. The students in group A need help and check the students in group B. They may write the questions on the blackboard.
