    Phrases: a piece f , a piece f bread, a glass f water, a plate f chicken, a packet f salt , tw bags f rice, three cups f tea, fur kils f meat,five cartns f milk , six bttles f juice
    Sentences : T frm the plural f mst cuntable nuns, we add- s t the singular frm.
    We can use nuns befre uncuntable nuns t shw their amunts.
    We need sme chicken , a bag f rice and a packet f salt.
    We can als buy few bttles f juice.

    教学过程
    Step 1 . Presentatin
    Shw sme pictures f different kinds f fds t the students.
    Teacher pints at an apple, asking : What’s this ? S: It’s an apple.
    Write “ an apple ” n the blackbard. Present “ a banana ” in the same way.
    Let students watch and say the differences between “ an apple ” and “ a banana” .
    Teacher asks : Hw t use “a ” and “an”.
    Teacher als pints at tw cakes and asking : What are they?
    Ss: They are tw cakes.
    Write “ tw cakes ” n the blackbard and circle “s” . let students read and think why we add “s”?
    Shw mre wrds n the blackbard and ask students t say their plural frms.
    Teacher says: We add “s ” t mst cuntable nuns t change them int plural. What abut ther cuntable nuns? Let students lk at the table n page 73 and have a discussin in grups f fur. Ask : Hw t change them int plural frms? Get the students t find the rules.
    Present: write the rules f frming the plural frm f cuntable. Ask students t read the table n page 120. pay attentin t the prnunciatin f “s” and “ es”, and let students read after the teacher.
    Step 2 . Exercise
    Give sme cuntable nuns fr the students t change them int the plural frms.
    Step 3 . Presentatin
    Shw a bttle f water , and ask : What is it? It’s water. But can we say it is a water?
    Ss : N.
    T: Because water is uncuntable nun. Write “water ” n the blackbard.
    T: Nw, can yu tell me sme mre uncuntable nuns? Ss answer.
    Write “juice, rice, tea, meat, chicken , bread ” n the blackbard and let students read.

    S: N.
    T: Why? What can we say abut it?
    Get the students t lk at the pictures n the page 74 and find the methd f describing it.
    Shw sme uncuntable things fr the students t describe and teach the new wrds:
    Packet salt tea kil cartn
    Get the students t find mre uncuntable things in grups.
    T: When we talk abut the amunt f the uncuntable nuns, we can use nuns befre them.
    Step 4 . Practice
    Get the students t ask and answer abut the uncuntable nuns n page 74.
    Cmplete the dialgue n page 74 , practice in pairs. Divide all the students int grups t read the dialgue.
    Get the students t make up similar dialgue with nuns in them.
    Step 5 . Hmewrk
    G ver the usage f the grammar pints in this lessn.
    Find mre cuntable nuns and uncuntable nuns.
    Preview the next lessn.
