【教学目标】

1. 复习并学习形容词，能区分褒义词和贬义词。

2. 能够理解阅读文章，学会对自己的旅行进行描述.。

3. 能够通过阅读短文使学生学会如何使用形容词进行评论，怎样发表自己感想交流旅行心得,了解他人。

4. 学会使用一般过去时态写日记。

【教学重难点】 

1. 词汇：

1) 名词n.  robot, guide, gift

2) 形容词adj. lovely, expensive, exciting, cheap, slow, fast, interested, dark

3) 动词 v. hear

4）代词 pron. everything

5）短语  be interested in …

Step 1：

  2 Review: Games

he or she can’t add a sentence,he or she must sing an English song.

(1) Read Helen’s and Jim’s diary entries and answer the questions in 2b

(2 ) Explain the language points

a.We visited the science museum and it was really interesting.

我们参观了科学博物馆，真的很有趣。

b.Then the guide taught us how to make a model robot.

然后向导教我们如何制作模型机器人。

taught是teach的过去式形式，为不规则变法。这个句子中的how to make a model robot是特殊疑问词加不定式充当taught的宾语，类似的句子还有：

e.g.I don’t know what to do. 我不知道做什么？

c.All in all, it was an exciting day. 总之，这是令人兴奋的一天。

all in all相当于汉语中的“总的说来；总之；整体上说”，用来对所阐述的内容进行概括性总结及归纳。

e.g.All in all, I think you did a good job.  总的说来，我认为你干得很好。

d．I didn’t like the trip at all.  我一点都不喜欢这次行程。

not at all/not…at all相当于“根本不；完全不”。

e.g.I don’t like mutton at all.这羊肉我一点都不喜欢。

She’s not at all good at badminton.  她完全不擅长打羽毛球。

【教学反思】：

Most of the students have grasped the words and expressions. They can use them freely. Fifteen students have got Full marks in the test. Some students must recite the text according to the Chinese meaning others recite important sentences that they can remember.
