教学反思
创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，对他们在学习过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度。在教学过程中，每个需要掌握的知识点，我都从差生入手，使他们掌握最基本的知识的同时，注意拓宽知识面，关注优生的情况，给他们自主学习和直接交流的机会。
