1教学目标
1.知识与技能:
能听懂会说并正确使用单词tomato(es), potato(es), carrot(s), shop, soup。
2.过程与方法:
使用学生喜欢的chant形式帮助学生记忆单词。
通过情景教学让学生在较为真实的语境中进行语用练习。
3.情感态度与价值观
通过学习过程让学生有成功的体验,树立学习的自信心。
通过购物活动激发学生的学习兴趣,让孩子们更加热爱生活。学会使用句子“What would you like? I’d like…”询问他人想要什么并回答。
2学情分析
四年级学生已经掌握了一定的食物类单词,并且具备区分单复数名词及不可数名词的能力,在教学时要多引导学生如何正确使用这些单词。Tomatoes和potatoes这两个特殊的复数形式应该让学生通过相同的变化形式掌握。本课的句型 “What would you like? I’ d like…”对于四年级学生来说是初次使用,有一定难度,尤其是与学生已掌握的 “What do you like? I like…”句型容易混淆。教学时要注意通过使用的语境的不同让学生对核心句有正确的理解和运用。
3重点难点
1.教学重点:学会正确使用单词tomato(es), potato(es), carrot(s), shop, soup。学会使用句子“What would you like? I’d like…”询问他人想要什么并回答。
2.教学难点:能够学会单词tomato和potato的复数形式。学会正确运用可数名词的复数形式回答想要什么食物.

活动2【讲授】Module 3 Unit 8
(a lemon, a banana.
Some bread, some milk. For our picnic.
1. Have a picnic
Show a picture of a picnic.
T: “Let’s go out and have a picnic. I bring some food for you. What would you like?”
“I’d like a/an…”
“I’d like some…”
(Write the sentence pattern on the Bb.)
- Let’s learn.
Go to a shop
T: “I have nothing for you. Where can I buy some food?”
1. Elicit the topic “At a shop”
2. Watch and tick.
T: “Look! Who are they in the shop?”
Ss: “Kitty and her mum.”
T: “Let’s listen and tick what they would like?”
3. Learn the words.
a) “to-ma-to” “tomato”
—“tomatoes”
Say a chant.
“Make some soup.
With tomatoes and eggs.
Red and yellow.
Very, very nice.”
b) “po-ta-to” “potato”
—“potatoes”
Count the potatoes.
Then ask “How much are these?”
The meanings of the Big potato and the small potato
c) Describe the carrot and then guess the word.
“ca-rrot” “carrot”
—“carrots”
Chant of carrot.
“I’d like some carrots.
Long and orange.
Hard and sweet.
Good for your health.

Play a game

Guess “Who are you? What would you like?”
Show some pictures of the animals and the food they would like to eat.
a) Ask the students to remember and then guess.
b) Make a chant of these animals.
S1: “Rabbit, rabbit. What would you like?
S2: “I’d like some carrots. They are very nice.
