教学设计教学课题Unit6 Role models Communication workshop学科英语年级初三教学时间45分钟学情分析授课对象为初三的学生,大部分学生有一定的英语基础,对英语学习还有一定兴趣,但主动性不够强。1) 已知起点:话题熟悉,通过课前调查大多数同学能够读懂文章,掌握一定的阅读及写作技巧。2)可能存在问题: 部分学生能够理清文章,获取有关Kylie的信息,但不能准确掌握文章结构。3)应对策略: 通过问题链的一系列的问题帮学生理清文章结构,并写出自己文章的大纲。 教学目标在本节课结束后,学生能够1. 通过阅读Kylie的故事,获取有关Kylie的一些信息,如她的好榜样是谁有哪些品质及Kylie要学习哪些;2. 分析和归纳范文结构;3. 在范文中找出并关注自己写作任务中所需要的结构,丰富自己的相关话题的表达语言;4. 列出关于自己榜样的提纲并说明向他们学习哪些品质。教学重点:分析和归纳范文结构。教学难点:列出关于自己榜样的提纲并说明向他们学习哪些品质.时间教师的教学行为学生学习行为教学技能要素 2’Step1 Lead in The teacher shows a picture of Kylie and asks students to guess who is Kylie’s role model ?Look at the picture and guess导入技能引导学生通过图片预测文章内容 13’Step 2 Pre-writingReading and finding the stucture of passage. 1st readingAsk the students to read the passage quickly and find out Kylie’s role model. 2nd readingAsk the students to read the passage carefully and find out the traits that Kylie’s mother have.Explain what the traits are. 3rd readingHave the students read the passage again and complete the table about Kylie’s story.Check the answers with the whole class.Explain we can use some examples to support the traits. Students read the story and get the answer. Students read carefully and find out the detail information.Learn to describe a person by using adj. Step 2 Have them make their outlines of their composition .Show some of their outlines . And check if they miss some points. Step3 Ask the students to read the passage and find out the good sentences that they want to use in their compositions. Read the passage and draw in pairs. .Listen and underline their key points. Write their outlines.Check and polish .
