Of the 390,000 plant species knwn t us, mre than 40,000 can be fund in the Amazn. This tall and ancient brazil nut tree prduces nuts that we can eat; these water lilies are big enugh t lie dwn n. The frest's different levels supprt an unbelievable variety f wildlife. At the bttm, there is a system f rts beneath the grund. Abve that is the mass f leaf litter n the dark frest flr. The next level is made up f shrter plants with large leaves. Then there are the twering ancient hardwds, and finally the tps f the tallest trees many metres abve the grund. Each level f the frest frms its wn little wrld, hme t different kinds f living things.
