Unit 3 My father is a writer. Lesson 13一、教学内容：　　 本单元围绕家庭和职业的话题展开，涉及表示职业、亲属称呼的单词以及表述职业的句子。二、教学目标:（1）知识目标：能认读并理解My name is …. /I’m …./I’m from…. /I’m in …./This is my father. He's a writer./This is my mother. She's a singer.等介绍自己和家庭成员以及相关职业的句型。（2）能力目标：能够根据一些关键词介绍自己及家庭成员的职业等家庭信息。（3）情感态度与价值观：通过教学活动，培养学生热爱家庭成员的情感，拥有善待家人的良好品质。提高学生英语的语用能力，进一步激发学生的英语学习热情，使他们能在学习中合作学习、积极参与、主动探究。三、教学重、难点:（1）教学重点：能熟练运用相关句型介绍自己和家庭成员以及相关职业。（2）教学难点：能够简单而正确地介绍家人的职业，并能在一定的语境中学会运用。四、教具: 多媒体教学课件、卡片，挂图。五、教学过程:Step1 Warming-up 1、Greetings. 2、Free talk.3、Play a song.  4、Show two pictures . Let the students introduce them, lead in the target language. 【设计意图】一首节奏欢快的英文歌曲让学生快速融入到英语学习氛围中，让学生初步感知句型。Step 2 Pre—reading （二）Presentation 1、Show the topic. My father is a writer.2、Sing a song . My Father Is a Doctor.3、Show some pictures, revise and learn the words. Practice the sentences: He is..../She is....Show some pictures, practice the sentences: This is.... He/she is....4、Pair Work. This is...He/She is...A: Who is he/ she? B: He’s/ She’s ....  A: What does he / she do?B: He’s/ She’s a/an....5、Use the PPT to play a game. Practice the main sentences in this lesson. This is my ...He/she is....6、Let’s chant.【设计意图】歌曲和韵句的使用有利于单词和知识的巩固，使学生在轻松和愉快的氛围中掌握知识和内容。Pair Work 句型复习四年级旧知，让学生学会语言的运用和输出。Step 3 While—reading （三）Text Learning1、Show a picture of Tom’s classroom. Let the students introduce Tom.2、Show a picture of Tom’s family. Let the students get the information about Tom’s family. 3、Read , ask and answer the questions.4、Read and check.5、Listen and read. Then act Tom.【设计意图】创设情景，采用情景教学法，让学生自然进入文本。给出课文图片让学生学会从图片获取信息，培养学生不同的阅读技巧。读、问、回答问题是一个尝试，让学生在阅读的过程中能自己处理信息，概括文本提出问题，解决重难点。Step 4 Post—reading （四）Practice1、Read and answer.   2、Talk about your family.3、Father and mother I love you.【设计意图】让学生谈论自己的家庭旨在让学生学会综合运用目标语言的能力。Step 5 Homework 1、有感情地、熟练地朗读课文。 2、向老师或者朋友介绍自己的家庭成员和职业。3、结合你的全家福，写一篇短文进行介绍。【设计意图】从各层次学生的实际出发，布置适合不同层次的需要的作业，从学生英语学习能力的实际出发，让学生有质量的完成作业。五、板书设计：  Unit3 My father is a writer. Lesson 13 father   mother      What does he do?  He is a/an ......family   love         What does she do?
