根据划线词前“The first thing that struck me n ur eight-day jurney was hw much we went dwnhill nly t have t g uphill again. This was far frm my first muntaineering challenge(在我们8天的旅程中,第一件让我印象深刻的事情是,我们走了很多坡路,却又不得不再次上山。
根据第三段前两句“The secnd prblem was altitude sickness (高原反应). What I didn’t knw was that I wuldn’t actually be hungry.(第二个问题是高原反应。我不知道的是我不会真的饿)”及最后两句“We were walking fr abut eight hurs a day, and all I was managing t eat was a bwl f sup. 8. 倒数第二段第一句“Recalling the first few mnths f the bar,Irengbam admitted that peple were sceptical.”
根据”back-t-back”所在的上文中“But nly peple wh d this regularly will get real benefits.By regularly,I mean nce r twice a mnth。”
根据“Even if yu breathe in the s-called pure xygen fr tw hurs in a day,yu will g back t breathing the plluted air fr the rest f the 22 hurs. 故选A项。
