考点梳理

1.son

为可数名词，意为“儿子”，复数形式为sons。son的对应词为daughter，意为“女儿”，也是可数名词，复数形式为daughters。

2.cousin

（1）为可数名词，意为“堂兄（弟、姊、妹）；表兄（弟、姊、妹）”，复数形式为cousins。

（2）在英语中，uncle与aunt的孩子都可以称为cousin。

3.uncle

（1）为名词，意为“舅父；叔父；姨父；姑父；伯父”。复数形式为uncles。

（2）在英语中，比自己长一辈的除父亲之外所有的男性亲属均可称之为uncle。

（3）uncle的对应词是aunt，aunt是对比自己长一辈的除母亲之外的所有女性亲属的称呼。

【拓展】英语中的Aunt Wang与汉语中的“王阿姨”顺序正好相反。

aunt/uncle后面跟姓或名时，aunt/uncle与姓或名的首字母都要大写。姓应放在称呼之后。

【温馨提示】uncle是以元音音素开头的单词，前面的不定冠词应用an，而不能用a。

4.This is my friend，Lin Fang.这是我的朋友，林芳。

句中Lin Fang表示进一步解释或说明my friend的情况，作my friend的同位语。跟在名词或代词后面，对其作进一步解释或说明的名词或代词等，称作同位语。
