【知识精讲】

语调（intonation），即说话的腔调。

1 降调

降调通常可用于陈述句或祈使句，比如:

He is going home.

Stand up, please.

同时降调还可用于特殊疑问句中，如Who is going home? Yes，we can.

　　2 升调

　　通常用于一般疑问句，如，

Can you ride a bike?

Do you have a computer?

标出句子的正确语调。

1. 句子为祈使句，所以用降调。Come here, please.↘  

2. 问句为一般疑问句，所以用升调↗，答语陈述事实，所以用降调↘。

Do you throw rubbish on the floor?是一个一般疑问句，含有实义动词的肯定句We/I throw rubbish on the floor.变成一般疑问句，借助于助动词do, do 后面用动词原形。

肯定答语：Yes， I/we do.

否定答语：No, I/we don’t.

肯定答语：Yes，人称代词主格+can.

否定答语：No, 人称代词主格+can’t.
