This way f thinking suggests a simple trick t defeat delay. Fr example, instead f cleaning my huse, I might try t fcus n why grading papers is persnally imprtant t me. It's simple advice, but sticking t this strategy (策略) can be quite difficult.
Peple are nt entirely wise in the way they value things.
