询问对方是否正在做某事，要采用现在进行时的一般疑问句形式。
现在进行时的肯定句变为一般疑问句时把be提前到句首, 人称和be作相应变化。
具体结构为：be (am/is/are) +主语+V-ing+其他成分?肯定回答：Yes, 主格代词(I/he/she/it/we/they) + be (am, is, are).否定回答：N, 主格代词+ be (am, is, are) + nt.

什么情况下用一般现在时呢？
表示说话时正在发生或者进行的动作。
