自主学习不会无缘无故地发生
David Little(2010):自主学习是一种能力: 批判性反思 独立采取行动。 自主学习的前提:学习者必须和学习过程和内容建立心理联系。 体现在学习者的学习方式中, 学习者如何将所学内容应用于更广泛的语境中。 “能够就学习过程中所遇到的各种问题进行决策的能力:确定学习目标、内容和进度,选择学习方法和技巧,监控意义上的语言习得过程(包括学习的节奏、时间、地点等),评估已掌握的知识”。Barnes与Rgers的观点相同: 学习者只有将必须掌握的新信息与个人的体验相结合,才能有效地进行学习。 必须把学习者自身的需求、兴趣和学习目的作为考虑问题的出发点。
K-W-L-H教学策略 Dnna Ogle (1986)
学习者个人建构与学习 1.根据个人建构的心理学原理,每一项学习任务都要求学习者将新的知识融人到已有的观念体系之中。如果新知识与学习者熟悉的内容有联系,学习过程就不会很困难。——预测Thmas 和 Harri-Augstein(1990,pp.213f.):学习者从无意识的学习发展到完全独立地组织学习要经历三个阶段。第一阶段:“坚持不懈的练习与重复”。第二阶段:学习者仍然关注学习任务,但是能摆脱学习任务的束缚,并能对学习任务进行反思。第三阶段:学习者的主要注意力转移到学习过程上,这是“完全独立地组织学习的关键一步”。Thmas 和 Harri-Augstein:绝大部分学习者发现,很难依靠自身的力量来实现第三阶段的目标。Hlec也持类似观点,认为学习者在没有帮助的情况下不可能培养自主学习的能力。这使我们的讨论又回到了教师的角色问题上来。
