You don’t even need to like what you’re making.____28____ When you don’t like what you are making, it frees you up to explore new ideas.
•Carve out time and space for art. Try to find a special time in your week to devote to your practice. Is It Safe to Eat Snow?
There’s nothing quite like a fresh blanket of pure, white snow. Great for sledding, snowballs, fort-building — and maybe even dessert? Before you take a big bite of the white stuff, let’s talk about what could be in the flakes (雪片).___36___. When it gets cold, moisture (水分) in the air freezes into tiny, beautiful crystals that drift down from the sky.
___37___. For example, if snow has been removed from a sidewalk or a street, it might contain rock salt with certain chemicals, which help ice melt at low temperature. Unfortunately, those chemicals can also make you sick if you eat them, so you definitely don’t want to eat any snow that’s been shoveled (铲掉).
You should never take small bites on any snow near bird feeders or animal tracks. ___38___, squirrels, birds, neighborhood dogs for example, it may carry something not safe to you. Brown snow is off limits for the same reason you wouldn’t want to taste a mud pie. And if that snow looks yellow, well, let’s just say it’s unlikely to be lemon-flavored.
OK, so what about freshly fallen snow? ___39___. But actually, because snow can take in pollutants on the way down, the first hour or two of a snowfall acts like a brush for the air. Scientists have found that new snow can contain strange stuff including pesticides, ashes and even dirt.
All of these things are found at extremely low levels. That means it’s technically safe to eat. But it’s also good to know that if you just wait a few hours and then have a meal on the snow that piles up midway through a storm, you’ll have the best chance of eating nothing more than pure, frozen, sky water. ___40___!
A.Snow is mostly water
B.Let’s take a close look
C.Try not to have any taste of the snow
D.But snow can also contain other substances
E.Because snow can act like a pathway for animals
F.One bite and you’ll be hoping spring never comes

根据上文“You don’t need a few hours.”(你不需要几个小时。)
30.
设空句是段首小标题,根据下文“Some days, you won’t feel like making art. That’s OK. Try to understand what’s going on. What’s stopping you from making art? Are you anxious? If you’re too anxious to make art, address the anxiety. Stand up from the couch and go to take a walk or a run.”(有时候,你会不想做艺术。 故选A。

31.
空格前说“An individual spends around seven to eight hours at his workplace and it is practically not possible for him to work all alone.”(一个人在他的工作场所工作七到八个小时,他不可能独自工作。),空格后说“Research says productivity increases when individuals work in groups as compared to an individual working alone.”(研究表明,与单打独斗工作相比,个人集体工作时的工作效率会提高。 可知空格处应该说他需要在工作场所和人进行交谈和沟通,G项“He needs people to talk to and discuss various issues at the workplace.”(他需要在工作场所与人交谈并讨论各种问题。),选项中的“He”指代上文的“An individual”。
32.
空格前说“Let us go through various ways of improving interpersonal relationships at workplace.”(让我们来看看改善工作场所人际关系的各种方法。)空格后说“Discussions must be on an open platform where every individual has the liberty to express his/her views and opinions.”(讨论必须在一个开放的平台上进行,每个人都有表达自己的观点和意见的自由。) C项的“Interact with your co-workers more often.”(多和同事交流。)
33.
空格前说“Team leaders should conduct morning meetings with their team members.”(团队领导者应该与他们的团队进行早会。),空格后说“The employees should be allowed to bring their coffee. 34.
空格后说“Let the employees bring their families as well. Ask your team members to exchange contact numbers among themselves for them to interact with each other even after work.”(让员工也带着他们的家人吧。 F选项“Take your team out for lunch, picnics or get together once in a while”(带你的团队出去吃午餐,野餐或偶尔聚在一起。)

36.
下文“When it gets cold, moisture (水分) in the air freezes into tiny, beautiful crystals that drift down from the sky. 故选A。
37.
由后文“For example, if snow has been removed from a sidewalk or a street, it might contain rock salt with certain chemicals, which help ice melt at low temperature.(例如,如果人行道或街道上的雪被清除,其中可能含有某些化学物质的岩盐,这有助于冰在低温下融化。)”
38.
上文“You should never take small bites on any snow near bird feeders or animal tracks.(千万不要在靠近喂食器或动物足迹的雪地上吃雪。) ”指出不要在靠近喂食器或动物足迹的雪地上吃雪,空处应该是承接上文,对上文做出解释,即为什么不能在靠近喂食器或动物足迹的雪地上吃雪,E选项“Because snow can act like a pathway for animals (因为雪可以作为动物的通道)”符合,且下文“squirrels, birds, neighborhood dogs for example, it may carry something not safe to you.
39.
由下文“But actually, because snow can take in pollutants on the way down, the first hour or two of a snowfall acts like a brush for the air.
40.
由前文“But it's also good to know that if you just wait a few hours and then have a meal on the snow that piles up midway through a storm, you'll have the best chance of eating nothing more than pure, frozen, sky water. F项“One bite and you'll be hoping spring never comes (只要咬一口,你就会希望春天永远不会到来)”符合语境。故选F。
