Each crrect answer earned pints, and incrrect answers lst pints. Participants were then asked t retrieve these assciatins t earn additinal pints. The hippcampus primarily manages memry, but when a reward is invlved, the ventral tegmental area (腹侧盖膜区) f the brain releases dpamine (多巴胺) : the hrmne (荷尔蒙) related t satisfactin. “ It is the dialgue between these tw brain areas that helps maintain mtivatin, imprve learning, and cnslidate ( 巩固) memries, even ver time, “ explained Aberg.

C. The mre rewards we get, the better memry we have.
D. Thse wh received the mst rewards achieved the best results.
35. The main purpse f the last paragraph is t explain __________.
A. hw the hrmne decreases
B. the imprtance f dpamine
C. the brain mechanisms at wrk
D. hw the brain gets satisfactin

This is a perfect place fr families, especially kids.
The Carrll Rim Trail in the Jhn Day Fssil Beds Natinal Mnument in Oregn is ne f the driest places in the regin.
Which means yu have t cme prepared. The difficult hiking is wrth nce yu see the surrundings.
The researchers said that inhaling these particles can irritate lung tissue and lead t serius diseases”可知吸入这些微型塑料颗粒会伤害肺部组织,引发严重疾病,故选 B。
30. C 根据最后一段最后一句”…but mre measurement data is needed t get a better idea f the surces”可知, Andreas Sthl 教授认为需要更多的数据来更全面地了解空气塑料污染的来源,故选 C。
Hwever , ur experiment aimed t answer : des the effect last ver time , and what rle des the accumulatin f reward play ? 33. A。 30 healthy subjects were asked t remember assciatins between bjects and peple . Each crrect answer earned pints , and incrrect answers lst pints . Participants were then asked t retrieve these assciatins t earn additinal pints .
Schwartz added , ‘Our brain needs rewards t mtivate us , but als challenges . If the task is t easy , mtivatin decreases as quickly as if it is t difficult’. “。 The best results were nt assciated with the highest accumulatin f rewards .
Cnsumers, as the manufacturers knw well, are
interested in aviding fat because it causes heart prblems and makes them fat. Fat-free ckies, chips and dairy prducts are all bestsellers. B. S the nn-fat fd is a dieter’s dream
Fruit and vegetables are bviusly n the tp f the list. C. There is, f curse, plenty f naturally fat-free fd.
Fat makes fd taste gd. With all the fat remved, sme tasty fd tends t taste like cardbard. E. S, the manufacturers have t add in smething t restre the flavr.
根据下文”Fat helps regulate yur nervus system, aids vitamin absrptin and imprves yur immune system. A. We knw nw that all fat is nt bad. 故选 A.
When buying a fat-free prduct, yu shuld take a secnd t examine the nutritinal infrmatin n the package. . . and fat-free fd can actually end up cntaining mre calries than full-fat prducts. G. Smetimes, it is better t eat cntrlled full-fat prducts than fat-free junk.
