Writing 病 室 报 告
【写作指南】
病室报告是护士的工作日志，也是下一班护士工作的重要程序。通过病室报告可以了解病室的全天工作动态。那你知道如何写病室报告吗？在这一部分中，我们就来一起学习。
首先，填写好病室报告的楣栏部分。
第二，按表格写出原有病人人数、出院人数、死亡人数、入院人数、转出人数、手术、分娩、病危病人人数以及现有病人数量。
第三，完成表格的第二部分，从以下四方面记录病人的状况。
1. 写出病人的床号。
2. 写出患者的姓名，标注是否为出院，入院，病危，手术等。
3. 写出病人的诊断。
4. 根据不同的时间段来记录病人的状况。
最后护士要签上全名。
还有其它需要注意的吗？是的，还有一点。
你还应当特别注意书写顺序：首先是当日出院、转出、死亡的病人；然后是入院和转入新病人；最后是手术、分娩、危重的病人。
