    The results further shwed that arund age 17, peple's ability t learn grammar tk a nsedive and that thse wh started learning English after age 10 r 12 never reached the same level f English prficiency(熟练)as peple wh started yunger. Why? The researchers think it's because they had fewer years t practice befre their skills drpped ff at 17.
