如何写推荐信

推荐信是向有关单位或个人推荐或介绍有关人、物或地点等的专用书信。推荐信书写要求如下：

1．说明被推荐者的基本情况。推荐人时，应包括姓名、性别、年龄、业务水平、工作能力、身体状况等；推荐某物品、地方或去处时，应包含具体位置、如何到达、服务水平、用途等。

2．说明推荐的理由。要求写得具体、充分，如实地介绍优点，客观地叙述理由。如有短处，一定坦诚相告，让对方对被推荐的人或物能有比较全面的了解。

3．语气上要诚恳，既不能自高自大，又不能妄自菲薄。

4．时态一般以现在时为主；如有回顾过去的情况，可以穿插着使用过去时。

[基本框架]

推荐信一般采用三段式：

1．开头——概括说明要推荐的内容；

2．主体——从表面和深层两方面叙述推荐的东西的价值；

3．结尾——简单归纳总结或表达期待与感谢。

1．offer sb. some recommendations向某人提议

2．make a big decision做出一个重大的决定

3．choose the hotel on their recommendation根据他们的推荐选了这家酒店
