    A(2019•新课标全国卷I)
Every year about 40,000 people attempt to climb Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa. They 41 with them lots of waste. The 42 might damage the beauty of the place. The glaciers(冰川)are disappearing, changing the 43 of Kilimanjaro.
Hearing these stories, I’m 44 about the place — other destinations are described as “purer” natural experiences.
However, I soon 45 that much has changed since the days of disturbing reports of 46 among tons of rubbish. I find a 47 mountain, with toilets at camps and along the paths. The environmental challenges are 48 but the efforts made by the Tanzania National Park Authority seem to be 49 .
The best of a Kilimanjaro 50 , in my opinion, isn’t reaching the top. Mountains are 51 as spiritual places by many cultures. This 52 is especially evident on Kilimanjaro as 53 go through five ecosystems(生态系统)in the space of a few kilometers. At the base is a rainforest. It ends abruptly at 3, 000 meters, 54 lands of low growing plants. Further up, the weather 55 — low clouds envelope the mountainsides, which are covered with thick grass. I 56 twelve shades of green from where I stand. Above 4, 000 meters is the highland 57 : gravel(砾石), stones and rocks. 58 you climb into an arctic-like zone with 59 snow and the glaciers that may soon disappear.
Does Kilimanjaro 60 its reputation as a crowded mountain with lines of tourists ruining the atmosphere of peace?I found the opposite to be true.

A: growing“生长” ; B: migrating“迁移 ,迁徙”; C : competing“竞争”; D : disappearing“消
Wildlife has been greatly threatened in the modern age"和最..the species from going out of
A:ban“禁止”;B: save “挽救,节约”;C: split “分裂,分离”; D:remove“移除,去掉” .
A: abortion“流产,(计划等)失败”; B: recreation“娱乐,消遣”;C : reproduction“繁殖”;D:
A:care “关心,照顾”;B:eye “眼”;C: mind“思维”; D : story .“故事,经历”.
故选A.
A: found“发现”; B: chosen“选择”; C: raised“升起,饲养”; D: seized“抓住”。
A: never“从来不”; B: always”总是”; C : unluckily“不幸地是”; D : cheerfully“高高兴兴地”相据下文中的"become deeply attached to humans...even .killing some of them"等内容可知,因为Emma一直由人类照看,所以它没有将自己看作是一只鶴 ,而是深深的依恋上了人类。故选A.
A:liked “喜欢”; B: refused“拒绝”; C: decided“决定”; D : hesitated“犹豫”。
A: Therefore“因此”; B : Moreover“而且”;C: However“但是,然而”; D : Instead
故选A.

A:it “它”;B:rise “提升”;C: agenda“代办处”; D : decline“下降,减少”.
A : In contrast“对比”; B: Afterall“毕竟,终究”;C: By the way“顺便说- -下”; D : On the contrary"相反”根据上文:野生白鶴数量正在减少,很多其他物种似乎也在逐渐灭绝。

故选A.
故选A。

A couple of weeks ago, my grandfather was explaining his favorite expression, “Nothing is ever easy.” The following day, as I tried to complete my clay’s work, I happened to 21 a bumblebee (大黄蜂) on the skylight (天窗). The skylight was particularly high up, but I thought 22 the bee would take no more than five minutes. An hour later, the bee still remained. All that had 23 was that the living room was a mess and that I was dizzy from 24 into the sunlight. I did not expect to waste an hour on an insect so 25 but by doing so, I understood what my grandfather meant.
It is not only time that we tend to underestimate…we don’t account for unexpected costs. We often imagine what can work in our 26 but we seldom think of all the 27 things that could affect us. However, it is important to remember that your day or week or year might not go as 28 and that is completely normal. It is 29 acceptable to feel challenged — even at a 30 that you thought was simple — because that is part of life.
If you can 31 that nothing will ever be easy, then 32 might seem slightly more manageable. In middle school, I thought high school might be easier because I could choose the classes I wanted to 33 . In high school, I thought 34 might be easier because I could have a schedule best suited for myself. Yet each time, I was both wrong and disappointed. After accepting that school wouldn’t (and shouldn’t) be 35 , I found myself with a more positive attitude and 36 results.
Of course, there should be 37 made to account for expenses or time. Doing so can only help you 38 your goals in a better way. However, there is no need to beat ourselves up (过分自责) when something stands in our 39 . Maybe we cannot see a 40 coming our way, but we can always give ourselves the extra time to catch it.
