Step 1　Lead-in

Get the students to talk about Halloween like:

Step 2　Reading

Pre-reading

Play the Merry Christmas for the students and enjoy it together. Then get the students to have a discussion about Christmas.

Do you know when Christmas Day is?

What do you know about Christmas?

What do people usually do on Christmas?

Families will stay together and sing Christmas carols（颂歌）.

When people meet, they will say“Merry Christmas” to each other.

People will send Christmas cards to their friends and relatives.
