    设计说明

      本节课通过说唱来复习上节课所学习的有关家务的短语增加趣味性。在阅读过程中,明确学习目标,掌握阅读方法和技巧,提高阅读理解能力。通过各个环节的阅读要求,培养学生的独立思考能力,增强学生的求知欲。“解难释疑”过程中,问题的找、想、答完全让学生自己完成,这种学习方式既培养了学生的独立思考能力,又调动了各个层面学生的积极性和参与意识。通过阅读故事,教育学生热爱劳动,共同分享做家务的快乐。

    教学目标

      1. 知识目标

      (1)掌握单词和短语:throwneithershirtpassborrowlendfingerhatechorewhileall the timeas soon as

      (2)掌握情态动词could用于有礼貌地提出请求和征询许可的用法;熟练使用Could you please do sth.?Could I/we do sth.?句型及其答语。

      (3)学习阅读一篇有关家人一起做家务的故事。

      2. 能力目标

      (1)学会运用情态动词could谈论家务琐事及家庭 互助。

      (2)通过阅读教学使学生掌握一些重点短语、句型,同时学会一些阅读方法。

      3. 情感目标

      教育学生尊重家长,热爱劳动,养成积极主动地帮助父母做力所能及的事情的习惯。

    重点难点

      1. 重点:

      (1)本课时单词与短语。

      (2)通过阅读训练,培养学生良好的阅读理解能力。

      (3)用情态动词could礼貌地提出请求和征询许可;熟练使用Could you please do sth.?Could I/we do sth.?句型及其答语。

      2. 难点:

      (1)能够熟练掌握重点词汇的用法,同时能够复述 课文。

      (2)掌握Could youplease...?句型的使用方法,完成语法练习。

      1. 准备与课文有关的图片。

      2. 准备录音机、磁带及多媒体课件。

      Step 1 Warming up & Leading in

    If we are busywe can say,“SorryI can’t.

      1. Check the homework.

      Could you please make conversations with these phrases?

      do chores take out the rubbish

      do the dishes sweep the floor

      make the bed fold the clothes

      clean the living room

      For example

      ACould you please...?

      BYessure. /All right. /No problem. /Certainly. /SorryI can’t. I have to do.../ SorryI can’t. I am doing...

      AWhat kind of chores did you do last weekend?

      BI did the dishes.

      Have two or three pairs make the conversation and talk about the chores.

      Complete the words according to the Chinese meaning.

      TThis lesson we’ll go on talking about the chores. Look at the picture in 3a. Try to answer my questions. Was the house in a mess?

      S1I think I will help my mother clean it.

      TVery good. You are a good boy/girl. All of us should help to do the chores at home. Now let’s read a story about a student named Nancy. Please turn to page 19.

      While reading

      1. Skim the story and answer the questions in 3a. Then check the answers.

      Answers will vary.

      2. Read the story carefully and fill in the blanks with key words.

    Nancy and Nancy’s mother.

    Mother wanted Nancy to take the dog for a walk first.

    Nancy wanted to watch one show first.

      3. Read the story aloud.

      4. Read the sentences in 3b. Underline the sentences from the reading that mean the same thing.

      5. Check the answers. Then learn the language points and take notes.

      Step 5 Cooperative inquiry

      Discuss the following language points in groups and fill in the blanks.

      1. the minute as soon as同义,意为“一……就……”,后接时间状语从句。

      2. as +形容词或副词的原级 + as...意为“和……一样……”。

      3.neither +助动词/连系动词be/情态动词+主语”意为“某人(主语)也不”。neither可用nor替换,动词的时态与前面句子一致,人称与后面的主语保持一致。肯定结构为:so +助动词/连系动词be/情态动词+主语。

      4. pass sb. sth. = pass sth. to sb. 意为“把某物递给某人”。

      Can you pass me that ball by your feet? 改为同义句

      Can you pass that ball to me by your feet?

      5. borrowlend

      1borrow借入”,常与介词from 连用指主语借进来”,borrow sth. from sb. “从某人那儿借某物”。

      You can borrow the book from the library.

      你可以从图书馆借这本书。

      (2lend“借出”,常与介词to搭配,指“借出去”,lend sb. sth. = lend sth. to sb. “把某物借给某人”。

      He doesn’t want to lend his book to others.

      他不想把他的书借给别人。

      6. hate + to do/doing sth. 意为“讨厌做某事”。

      I hate to trouble him. 我讨厌麻烦他。

      She hates smoking in her room.

      她讨厌在她的房间里吸烟。

      7. while 连词,意为“与……同时,当……时候”,while引导的时间状语从句的谓语动词常用延续性动词。

      While Mary was playing the pianoher mother came in.

      当她妈妈进来时,玛丽正在弹钢琴。
