助动词 had (用于各种人称和数) + 过去分词
① 过去完成时表示一个动作或状态在过去某一时间或动作之前已经结束或完成. 它表示的动作发生的时间是“过去的过去”。

② 表示一个动作或状态在过去的某一时间之前已经开始, 一直延续到这一过去时间。
We had learned ver 1200 English wrds by last week.
① 句中有by+过去时间短语做时间状语.
They had reviewed ten units by the end f last mnth.
My mther had already cked when I went hme.
② 用连词when, befre, after或者短语by the time引导的过去时间状语从句。(要注意when引导的从句和主句中的动作要有先后关系,不能是同时发生)。
My mther was cking when I went hme.
③ 前后文意思暗示动作发生时间是“过去的过去”。
They didn’t visit the library yesterday because they had already been there twice.

2. was abut t d ... when ...是什么意思?
be abut t d, be ding等表示即将或正在做某事时,常用when引导从句表示突然发生的动作。
用法:表示即将发生的动作,在时间上指最近的将来。

be abut t d sth.
注意:在含有be abut t d的句子中,不能再加时间状语。

Right: The medical team is abut t start.
拓展:be ging t d sth.
It is ging t rain sn. 快要下雨了。He's ging t buy a car.他打算买一辆车(有这方面的计划,最后买不买不知道)。
1) 表示将要发生的事情或打算要进行的动作。
The ftball match will be put ff if it rains tmrrw.
2) 在含有条件状语从句的主从复合句中,主句一般不用be ging t,而常用will(第一人称用shall)。
