busy adj. 忙碌的；热闹的 例如：I’m very busy these days. 近来我很忙。
Language pints
表示“忙于某事”可使用“be busy with + 名词(短语)”结构。或者使用“be busy ding sth.”结构。 例如：Cindy is busy with her wrk. 辛蒂忙于她的工作。 Many freigners are busy learning Chinese nw. 现在许多外国人都忙着学汉语。
2. useful是形容词，是由“名词use (使用) +后缀ful”构成，意为“有用的”。类似结构还有： help + ful → helpful 有帮助的 clr + ful → clrful 绚丽多彩的[注意] useful是虽以元音字母“u”开头，但其发音为辅音/ju:/，故其前用冠词a，而不用an。如： It is a useful bk. 这是一本有用的书。
3. Lunch is frm 12:00 t 1:00, ... 十二点钟到一点钟为午餐（时间）……
介词短语frm... t... 表示“从……到……”，用来表述时间、地点等范围。例如：frm Mnday t Friday 从周一到周五 frm Beijing t Shanghai 从北京到上海
4. Our Chinese teacher, Mrs. Wang, is great fun. 我们的语文王老师是个很有意思的人。
此句中的fun不是形容词，而是一个名词，表示“有意思的人；逗人开心的人；有趣的人”。在这种用法中，fun前面可搭配great, a lt f等词。例如：We had a lt f fun at Sarah’s party. 我们在萨拉的聚会上玩得很开心。

(1)class和lessn：①当表示“学校的课”时，class和lessn区别不大，美式英语中常用class，英式英语中常用lessn。例如：Classes start at 9 ’clck. （学校）九点开始上课。 （英式英语：Lessns start at 9 ’clck.）
②当表示“某种技能、技巧性的课程”时，常用lessn，较少用class。例如：pian lessns钢琴课，driving lessns驾驶课。③当表示“教材中的教学单元；课”时，常用lessn。class则还有“班；班级”的含义。例如：Nw, Class, please pen yur bks t lessn 9. 同学们，现在请打开书，翻到第九课。
(2)an art lessn fr tw hurs表示“一节两小时的美术课”，此句中的介词fr表示“持续某段时间”。例如：I have a class/lessn fr 45 minutes at schl. What abut yu? 我们学校一节课四十五分钟。你们（学校）呢？
