【单元写作目标】
能以故事的形式讲述发生在身边的事件。
1. 能用“might, may, culd, can, must，can’t, culdn’t 等情态动词来推测故事的发展；
2. 能运用 “s，as, because, since, but, hwever, thugh, nt nly …but als, while” 等连词；
3. 写作微技能：能在英语写作中恰当巧妙地使用“Linking wrds”。

Xia Ming’s mm always puts the trash in frnt f the dr. But these days, the trash ften disappears withut any trace. Wh takes it away? Here are sme inferences.
At first, she thught it culd be sme animals taking it away. But there weren’t any ftsteps arund the huse and she didn’t hear strange nises at night. S she guesses it can’t be animals. Then, what culd it be? Culd it be the cleaner? Hwever, why the cleaner didn’t take away the trash in frnt f her next-dr neighbr’s huse at the same time? S it can’t als be the cleaner.
