If we are in gd spirits, we can study r wrk better. S we must learn t take care f urselves and stay in a gd md. Here are sme suggestins: 1. Exercise and relax every day 2. Remember t eat healthy fd and have a gd sleep. 3. Dn’t keep silent. Talk with yur friends, parents r teachers ften. Tell them abut what yu think and hw yu feel. Try t get help frm them.4.
