    member;pressure; compete; lower your stress; be stressed out; help each other; get good/better grades.

    Target language:

    1.I have to compete with my classmates at school.

    2. Although you may be unhappy with your parents, you should talk to them.

    3. You wont get good grades if you are stressed out all the time.

    教学难点

    To learn different ways to lower our stress.

    Teacher Preparation: multimedia courseware, textbook recordings

    Student Preparation: pre-class preparation

    教学过程

    1.Review words

    2.Lead in

    (1)Show some pictures and ask students to think about :Do you often feel stressed out?

    (2)Let students talk about the ways to lower our stress?

    3.Pre-listening

    (1)Finish 1a1b and check the answers.

    4.While-listening

    (1)Finish 1c,1d

    (2)Explain the language points in the listening materials.

    (3)Fill in the blanks according to the information in 1c&1d.

    教学反思

     In the third period, we design a question and answer activity between teachers and students to guide students to discuss pressure. We not only let students review the content of last lesson, but also guide students to learn to help others when they are in trouble, and naturally lead in the content of this lesson. It not only improves the students ability of reading and writing, but also helps the students use them in the process of language learning.
