此结构中，形容词是修饰to do sth的，比如necessary，important等
It is +形容词+of sb+to do 某人...,做某事
此结构中，形容词是修饰sb的，比如kind,polite,patient等
1】两个结构中it都是形式主语，无需翻译，真正主语是to do sth.
2】考查重点：it的选择；动词to do形式；for或of的选择。
