UNIT 11　Sad movies make me cry. Section A (1a-2d)  设计说明本课时通过给学生展示有关电影种类的图片, 让学生结对练习讨论自己喜欢的电影以及感受, 由此激发学生的学习兴趣。通过让学生看图选择餐馆, 让学生各抒己见, 学会比对、分析不同事物的优缺点, 最终做出合理的选择, 培养学生解决问题的能力。通过听力练习, 让学生学会听取关键信息, 掌握听力技巧。引导学生学习会话, 培养学生阅读与交际的能力。指导学生学习会话中出现的知识点, 加深对会话的理解。最后, 借助对应练习, 让学生能够熟练运用所学知识。 教学目标通过本课时的教学, 让学生达成以下目标: 1. 知识目标(1)掌握本课时新单词及短语: rather, drive, lately, friendship, would rather, drive sb. crazy/mad, the more…the more…, be friends with (sb.) , leave out。(2)掌握重点句子: ①Sad movies make me cry. ②I’d rather go to Blue Ocean because I like to listen to quiet music while I’m eating. ③Umm...it makes Alice unhappy because she thinks Julie is now better friends with me than with her. Listen and number the pictures [1-4] in the order you hear them. T: You will hear Tina and John talking about what Tina and Amy did last night. The four pictures show something that Tina did last night. Listen to the recording now.   (1) Play the recording for the students. For the first time, students just listen.
