导入 | Look at this picture. What can you see in this picture? Yes, a lot of rubbish. So what can we do to protect the environment.
If we don't throw litter into the sea, the sea won't be polluted. 这句话中The sea won't be polluted 是主句,we don't throw litter into the sea是从句, if是连接词。这句话即为if引导的条件状语从句。这就是我们本节课要讲的重点。

知识讲解 (难点突破) | 由引导词if,译为如果,引导的状语从句叫条件状语从句。 例如:如果我们保护环境,我们将会有一个更美丽的世界。 We can say: if we protect the environment, we will have a more beautiful world. We can also say: we will have a more beautiful world, if we protect the environment. 需要注意的是从句可放在主句之前或者之后,从句在前要用逗号和主句隔开。 下面我们学习if引导的条件状语从句的结构和时态。 NO.1. If引导的条件状语从句是一般现在时,主句用一般将来时。 例如:如果人们为了鱼翅而杀死鲨鱼,人们将会给所有的海洋生物带来危害。 If people kill sharks for shark fins, people will bring danger to all ocean life. NO.2. If 引导的条件状语从句是一般现在时,主句用情态动词。 例如:如果我们用更少的纸巾,我们就能拯救更多的树木。 If we use fewer paper napkins, we can save more trees. NO.3 If引导的条件状语从句是一般现在时,主句为祈使句。 例如:停止开车,空气将会变得更新鲜。 Stop riding in cars, the air will become much fresher.
