教学内容概述：

本节课为七（下）第一单元第一课时的教学，其话题是围绕“谈论能力”而展开的。本节课为听说为主的课型，也是整个单元的基础。

学习目标分析：

1. 能力目标：能够谈论具备何种能力；能询问与回答加入何种社团俱乐部。

2. 知识目标：（1）掌握7种能力的表达和情态动词can 表示能力的用法。

            （2）掌握5种俱乐部的名称并能对加入何种社团俱乐部问答。

3. 情感目标：能够自信地表达自己具备的能力和意愿，能从兴趣出发，坚持自己的梦想。

学习者特征分析：

初一（下）的学生已有一定的英语基础，有一定的学习生活经历和个性化的主张，大部分学生能较好地进行英语课堂上的活动和小组合作，并且对游戏、小组竞赛、表演等充满热情。

通过新学期学校社团纳新这一现实背景，自然导入如何参加社团面试这一真实任务。从而导入本节课即将学习的重点“能力”和“加入社团”。这也是贯穿整节课的任务主线。

(1)   Ask students to number the conversations(1-3)

(2)   Ask students to find out the sentences people use to talk about abilities according to 1b.

Step 5 Playing a game – charades

Ask students to play a game called charades.

Tell them the rules first :

·The other students guess what he or she can do, using the key sentences.

通过“你来比划我来猜”这个游戏，让学生进一步熟悉和运用第1组重点句型，为大任务做好铺垫。

(1)   Show pictures of different clubs and ask students to make quick responses

(2)   Teach them how to talk about the clubs they want to join.

反思

本节课紧紧围绕“模拟社团面试”这一大任务展开教学，层层铺垫、环环相扣的教学步骤使整个课堂衔接自然而又紧凑。多样的课堂活动也让学生感到兴趣盎然。本节课的活动设计和最后的任务设计都贴近学生生活，有效激发了学生的学习兴趣。学生参与度很高、课堂节奏高效明快。个人认为，这是一节条理清晰、重点突出而又深受学生喜欢的课。如若能腾出更多时间给学生做表演展示就更好了。
