Listening t lud music with earphnes n an iPd r similar music player fr mre than 90 minutes a day can damage yur hearing,accrding t a new United States study.
The study f 100 dctral students cncluded that peple wh listened t music at 80 percent f vlume capacity (音量), at which pint the sund is cnsidered lud,shuld stick t under 90 minutes a day.
