Structures:  a. were about to do  b. was doing .教学难点：The usage of “had + done”.教学过程(表格描述)教学环节主要教学活动设置意图Step 1Lead-in(PPT 3)1.Talk about Mary’s morning. By the time she got up, her brother had already gotten in the bathroom.2. Read the passage.   根据出示的图片，描述Mary的一天早上。注意尽量运用by the time和before，when引导。以此引出过去完成时。Step 2Presentation(PPT 4)Show Grammar Focus.2.Ask one student to read the sentences and show the grammar focus.    3. Pay attention to the words : when-, before-, after- .  通过学生阅读语法聚焦，概括本单元的语法过去完成时的用法。特别注意when, before, after引导的时间状语从句引导过去完成时的运用情况。 Step 3 Explanation  (PPT 5-12)Explain the tense of had +done.Read the examples. Read the sentences. 5. Work on 4c. Write two true statements and one false statement about your day yesterday. Then ask your classmates to guess the false statement.1.
