Step 2 Presentation
- The students show the information they have found.

T: Just now, you showed your favourite city. Do you want to know my favourite city? Listen to me.
This is my favourite city. It’s colorful. In spring, it’s light green. It’s very warm and sunny. You can enjoy spring with your family outside. It’s very hot in summer. Sometimes, there’s heavy rain. You should pay attention to the weather report everyday. Autumn is the most beautiful season of a year. I love walking on the yellow leaves on the ground. It’s cool. But it’s too short. Winter is coming very soon. It is not so cold in winter. Sometimes we can see white snow.
There are many interesting places there. Like the Confucian Temple, the Zhongshan Cemetery, Purple Mountain and so on. Every year, there are many visitors travel there. People can enjoy very delicious food there. The most famous food is boiled salted duck.
Now, do you know what my favourite city is?
S: It’s Nanjing.
T: Yes, it’s Nanjing. It’s my hometown and I love it best.

First, stick a photo of your favourite city on page 101. (四人小组完成一张)
Then write about the city on it. (The students can write one by one) (小组内其他三位同学负责提问,剩下的一位先回答组员问题,再写下所需信息。)
