学生能够通过听、说、读、写等学习活动来提高其学习和运用词汇和句型的技能。
教学难点:
学生能够在老师的帮助下使用第三人称单数提问问题、回答问
题,书写相关的英语小短文。
教学方法: 任务教学法 小组合作学习法 情景交际法
教学工具: 多媒体课件 教学视频和音频 奖励卡片
教学步骤:
Step1. Greetings
Step2. Revision
1) Review the key sentences about the age
Group work (read and recite together)
Lead students to read the sentences about age on the PPT together then let them recite in groups, at last check them in competition between groups. (The better group will get a card as a prize.)
2) Group work
Take turns to practise in groups with their real ages and then show in front.
Use the same way: competition between groups. (The better group will get a card as a prize.)
In the same way, practise the other key sentences about birthday, height, address and traffic ways.

Step3. Listen and talk.
1) Firstly let students read these questions on PPT and then listen to the tape twice . Ask the active groups to answer.
2) Secondly ask the active group to immitate this part.
设计意图 【通过让学生带着问题听对话回答问题的这种练习方法,是对学生听力训练的有效方式,可促使学生捕捉对话中的关键信息,掌握听力技巧,提高听力水平。配音环节的展示锻炼了学生的模仿能力,组内学生可以互相帮助完成任务,加强同学间的合作意识和友谊。】
Step4. Listen and circle.
(1) Firstly, let students listen to the tape and circle the right answers then ask the active group to the front to check the answers one by one.
(2) Group work
Try to retell the listening materials in groups one by one as much as possible. (one student retells one exercise.)
Ask the active group to show in front.

Step5. Read and match.
T: Look at the pictures and sentences, can you match them? Ask the active to check the answers .
设计意图 【针对这部分较容易的特点,我把读和连线的任务都交给学生自己在自己小组内去完成,充分体现学生的主体性】
Step6. Look and write.
T: Who can read the sentences? It’s easy for you. Now can you write something about you? Now please! Ask the active group to read their sentences.
T: What other things can you write? Who can? (give cards to the volunteers.)
T: Can you ask questions about this girl? Can you answer? Write the key sentences on the blackboard.
At last, ask them : Can you write a short passage about yourself? Can you write about your friend, your father or your mother?”
设计意图 【先让学生去观察这些句型,然后让学生尝试说自身的句型并板书到合适位置,引导学生说有关自身的其他句型,过程之中拓展了本节课的内容,再尝试去提问有关“她”的句型并回答,并逐一板书到适当位置,突出了重点,也突破了难点。】
Step7. Make self-evaluation
Let students look at part5 and make a self-evaluation.
T: How many starts do you get at school? What about you at home? Then you can know what grade you are.
设计意图 【通过对自我评价表的分析得出自己在本单元的正确评价,学会了怎样评价自己。】
Step8. Homework
1.Write a short passage about yourselves with the name “Me”.(以“Me” 为题目写一篇英语小短文)
2.Write a short passage with the name“My friend (以“My friend”为题目写一篇英语小短文。)
(补充说明:这两个作业根据自己的学力水平任选其一书写或者都写)
设计意图 【作业的布置突出了这节单元复习课的重点和难点,分层作业的好处是让每个学生都能得到适当的锻炼,做到了因材施教,使每个学生学有所得,学有所获。】
