一、导入

Ask students a question: Have you ever been to the movie theaters? .

二、目标

1. Students learn some new words and phrases, such as comfortable, screen, best, ticket etc.
2. 学生初步了解形容词副词的最高级形式;  
3. Students can read the listening material and role-play;

3. Language points

(1)  comfortable /'kʌmfə(r)təbl/ adj. 使人舒服的；舒适的

comfortable 作形容词，可在句中作定语或表语。comfortable 是多音节形容词， 其比较级是more comfortable，最高级是most comfortable。

(2)  It has the biggest screens. 它有最大的屏幕。

biggest是big的最高级形式。形容词的最高级用于三者或三者以上（人或物）的比较，最高级的前面一般要加定冠词the，后面常接of/ in短语来说明比较的范围。

它是所有苹果中最大的一个。

 It’s the biggest apple of all.

(3)  close to home

close /kləʊs/ adj. ( 在空间、时间上) 接近

e.g. My home is very close to our school.

我家离我们学校很近。

close的比较级是closer，最高级是closest。close 在此处意思是“(在空间、时间上) 接近”，反义词是far。常用搭配be close to “离……很近”，相当于be near。
