教学目标：

知识与能力：

能够通过本课的学习，能够听、说、认读短语：play the guitar, play the violin, 句型What’s Li Yan doing? She’s singing a song.

能够听、说、读、写短语：tell a story, sing a song和句型What are you doing? I’m telling a story.

过程与方法：

通过任务型教学法，锻炼学生能够在真实的语言环境中灵活的运用所学句型来进行语言交际，同时通过小组合作的方式来锻炼学生们的协作能力。

情感与态度：

教学重点：学习短语：tell a story, sing a song, play the guitar, play the violin和句型What’s Li Yan doing? She’s singing a song. What are you doing? I’m telling a story.

教学难点：灵活运用所学句型在真实的语言情境中进行交流，培养学生们运用英语进行口语交际的能力。

课前准备：图片，动物玩具，自制课件等。

教学过程：

Step 1: Warm-up / Revision:

1. Chant: sing, sing, singing, I’m singing.

…

       （通过欢快的韵句节奏将同学们快速引入课堂，同时复习前课的重点知识，为本课做铺垫）

2. Ask and answer：

（1）        根据图片中出现的动作运用句型What are you doing? I’m v-ing进行问答练习。

（2）        利用班里同学们的照片制作的动图，进行句型What is …doing? He / She is v-ing的问答练习。

（巧妙运用身边真实的资源来引导孩子们在兴趣中复习重点知识，同时为本课的学习做铺垫。）

Step2:  Presentation:

1. Watch the video: A happy party

通过视频引入本课party的主线情境。

2. Look and guess

A 课件出现Peter表演场景由模糊到清晰，自然引出并学习四会句型What are you doing, Peter? I’m telling a story. (进行板书)

B 课件出现Li Yan表演场景由模糊到清晰，自然引出并学习三会句型What’s Li Yan doing? She’s singing a song. (贴板书)

3. Make sentences

 分别选取两个小组，规定时间20秒进行造句PK，看看哪组说的句子更多。应用句型 ____ is telling a story. _____ is singing a song.

(通过这个PK造句游戏，帮助学生们在游戏的快乐氛围中巩固训练新句型。）

4．Learn the new phrases.

A 观看弹吉他的小视频，运用自然拼读法学习单词guitar, 引出词组play the guitar以及句型What is … doing? He / She is playing the guitar. 同时教师拿出吉他，引导学生们在真实的情境中进行问答练习。

B  观看拉小提琴的小视频，运用自然拼读法通过已知单词Hi和today中元音因素的发音，学习单词violin, 引出词组play the violin以及句型What is … doing? He / She is playing the violin. 同时教师拿出小提琴，引导学生们在真实的情境中进行问答练习。

(通过自然拼读法帮助学生们通过已知的单词发音自主探究出新单词的发音，很好的激发了学生们的学习热情同时也巧妙的化解了本课的难点。)

4. Read the phrases.

读下列词组：play football, play basketball, play ping-pong, play the guitar, play the piano, play the violin 并总结规律：play +球类运动，play +the +乐器

5．Watch and guess

玩木头人的游戏，应用句型What is …doing? He / She is v-ing…的问答练习。

（对刚刚所学的动词词组通过游戏的方式进行巩固训练）

6．Read the sentences.

齐读课文词句，再次感知课文整体内容。

Step 3:Practice：

1. Look at the picture and guess

课件中出现模糊不清的图片，引导同学们两人一组进行猜测及问答练习。应用句型What is/are …doing? … is v-ing …以及拓展词组：play basketball, play ping-pong

2. Chant /u/

最通过chant的图片自然引出本课含有音素/u/的chant。

总结单词：puppet puppy drum fun run 中字母u的发音

Step 4: Additional activities：

Let’s have a party.

以小组为单位用之前评价得到的small pictures ①完成对话的创编书写②表演对话，并给出规则。

（训练学生们在真实的语言环境中运用所学知识进行展示，激发学生们小组合作的能力和热情以及对生活的热爱之情。）

Step 5: Assessment:

     在本节课的评价中我采用生生评价，师生评价以及发小图片的方式来鼓励和激励学生们的学习热情。

作业：

1. Read the sentences on the internet.
2. Search the names of other music instruments.
3. Talk about your dream party.
