Requirements
All participants in this camp must be skillful at reading music, and be able t learn music quickly and with sme independence. In an effrt t determine their readiness, the students t ur camp are asked t submit a brief vide t cnservatry@rider.edu. These vides shuld include the students perfrming a piece that they have been wrking n and may demnstrate their playing ability. Because f the ppularity f ur camp frm year t year, it is f vital imprtance fr participants t register early and submit their vide befre the cut-ff date f Octber 1, 2022.

Westminster Chamber Music Camp will be held n the Westminster Cnservatry Princetn campus.
Prices
Regular fees: $575 (September 19-25)
Early bird discunt: $560 (Register by September 18)
Late fees: $50 (September 26-Octber 1)
Late fees will be added fr registratins accepted after September 25. Camp fees include lunch and a Westminster Cnservatry T-shirt. A nn-refundable depsit (订金) f $75 is due with the applicatin. Lillian, 17, had just started wrking as a lifesaver at a beach in Australia n New Year’s Eve when beach-gers started t pint and shut at the water. The wrkers quickly examined the situatin and saw that a kangar had jumped ut f the bushes (灌木丛) — straight int the sea.

Tday, many peple spend a lt f time reading nline, whether reading news, scial media, r e-bks. While nline reading pens up a lt f knwledge t peple, there are sme drawbacks, t. These include eyestrain, headaches, as well as difficulty in even finishing reading the text. Nw a new reading plugin (插件) has been intended t help peple vercme these prblems and read faster nline.
The reading plugin called Binic Reading, which was develped by Swiss designer Renat Casutt, was created with the belief that yur brain can read faster than yur eyes. The plugin makes the first few letters f each wrd in bld (粗体), which actually allws yur eyes t skip ver parts f the text and yur brain t fill in what is missing. Incredibly, reading like this feels like finally unlcking 100 percent f peple’s brain.
Casutt came up with the plugin by accident. He was reading a bk in a freign language and realized he culd read it faster and well master it if he separated it int parts. He has wrked fr six years t develp Binic Reading and is still wrking t perfect it. Many peple wh want t strengthen their reading ability shw interest in it, but mre research is needed befre it can be definitively shwn that the system imprves reading ability. But peple with dyslexia (诵读障碍) have cnfirmed that Binic Reading did help them fcus n what they are reading.
Casutt’s gal is t integrate the plugin int all reading apps and nline services. “In a digital wrld dminated (支配) by shallw frms f reading, Binic Reading aims t encurage a mre in-depth reading and understanding f written cntent,” he said. Binic Reading is available in several apps like Fiery Feeds, Lire, and Next App. The best way t knw if it helps yu read better nline is t try it yurself and find ut what it is all abut.
