The rule of verb + ing.Teaching steps Step 1: Lead inT：Describe what they are doing.S：(学生根据动画给出自己的答案)【教学设计说明】The main purpose of this section is to practice the present continuous tense and introduce it into the lesson by describing the picture.Step 2: Grammar Focus Explain the key points:现在进行时    现在进行时表示正在进行或发生的动作，也可以表示当前一段时间内的活动或现阶段正在进行的动作，结构为系动词be (am/is/are)＋动词的­ing形式。一）现在进行时的分词构成及句式的变化 现在分词的构成方法1.一般直接在动词后＋­ing 2.以不发音的字母 e 结尾的动词，去e＋­ing  3.以辅音字母＋y结尾的动词，直接＋­ing 4.以重读闭音节结尾且末尾只有一个辅音字母的词，双写辅音字母＋­ing5.以ie结尾的重读开音节词，变ie为y＋­ing 二）现在进行时的否定、疑问形式及其问答。因为现在进行时中有be动词，变否定时直接在be动词后加not ，变疑问句时，be动词提前，回答仍用be动词。 现在进行时的一些标志词或提示 题干中有look, listen, now 等标志词时用现在进行时。  通过上下文提示可知动作正在进行。如：“It's ten o'clock.”，“Look at the picture.”以及“these days/months/years”和“this month”等，表示当前一段时间内正在进行的动作或现阶段正在进行的动作。三）现在进行时的特殊用法 现在进行时与always连用，表示反复出现或习惯性的动作，有强烈的感情色彩一些表示动作转移的动词可以用现在进行时表示将来，表示最近按计划或安排要进行的动作。这样的动词主要有：go，come，begin，start，leave，arrive，fly等。【教学设计说明】The main purpose of this section is to let the students master the key knowledge points.Step 3. work on 3a&3bWrite sentences following the examples.Number the sentences in order to make a telephone conversation.
