"Wh's that persn?" I wndered. I didn't knw, but that was ging t be my chice. Seated in the classrm, I fixed my eyes n that name anxiusly, hping n ne wuld annunce that name. Finally, it was my turn. I said withut a secnd thught, "Jhannes Brahms." Once I said the name, panic washed ver me. I sighed, "Hw am I ging t d this? I knw nthing abut the persn and his cmpsitin. But I have t perfrm in frnt f my classmates and teacher."
Later in the day, I went t a stre and bught a tape that cntained Jhannes Brahms's cmpsitins and its relevant music ntatin(符号). Back hme, I played the tape, and tried t get familiar with the cmpsitin. When listening t the cmpsitin and lking at the music scre, I held a stick and mved my arms t and fr(来回地), pretending t be guiding an rchestra. During the fllwing days, I kept practicing but didn't perfrm quite well. The cmpsitin was indeed hard fr me.
When the big day came, I felt nervus as I slipped int my seat and waited fr my turn t perfrm. Eventually, Mrs. Palin called my name, "Jill, it's yur turn."
