Zhang showed kung fu at a school in Beijing. Some children were excited after watching the show and wanted to learn kung fu. These children touched Zhang, so he decided to teach them kung fu. Later, he also taught them how to become useful people. “Learning kung fu was out of love at first. When I grew older, I practiced it because I wanted to be famous. Now I learn it because I want to carry forward traditional Chinese culture,” said Zhang. In 2019, Zhang and over 50 children gave a show successfully.
Some children are teaching kung fu with Zhang now. He hopes he can change more kids’ life.
