    1.书信写法总概述
    书信写作中我们要明确三个段落的一些固定写法,首先首段写作的第一步是问候收信人,参考固定的格式要求,如Dear sir/Madam;其次就是解释写信的原因,用一句话简单概括就可以。对于第二段的写作来说,审题很重要。我们要通过阅读题目要求,找到可以用到的名词或动词,在草稿纸上一一列举出来。同时在写作时要注意题目的文字暗示,把名词具体化,把动词近义化。此外,在正文中一定要把英文要求全面覆盖,按照出题者的指示去做,不要漏掉一些内容要点却写了一些无关紧要的东西。第三部就是结尾的写作,这个部分非常简单,用三句话就可以概括,即再一次表达自己的立场,提出做法,最后期望回信。
    2.书信写作分类讲
    有了大纲式的写作框架之后,大家就要着手积累各种类型书信的固定语句,只要把它们背诵下来,就可以直接运用。每一种书信类型都有固定的开头和结尾的常用句式和套话。
    题型分析
    书信是一种最常见的应用文。它包括祝贺信、介绍信、邀请信、申请信、询问信、致谢信、辞职信、约会信、道歉信、推荐信、投诉信等十多类。英文书信包括信头、正文和信尾。
