They started their prject by measuring the brain waves f 30 subjects. The idea is that every time a persn needs t use a “passwrd”， he r she ges thrugh the same prcedure, and the results are matched with their firsttime reactin. If the “brainprint” is cmprmised — like what happened with the fingerprint recrds — then the system is merely reset by running anther set f images and cllecting a different set f brain waves. “Even if that was stlen, yu culd just cancel it and recrd ne t smething else，” says Prfessr Laszl.
