设计说明 首先通过和学生自由交流有关零花钱的话题,引导出新单词。在此基础上,导入Speak up,介绍购物用语,并让学生进行操练。用学生使用零花钱的信息形成报告。其次,在学生对零花钱的话题有所了解的基础上,介绍Simon和他的朋友们如何使用零花钱,然后再拓展到贫困地区的孩子如何使用零花钱,层层深入。最后,教育学生如何有意义的使用零花钱,进行感情的升华。利用讨论使用零花钱的结论中出现的单词的读音,介绍Study skills的内容——辅音字母组合的学习。呈现各类辅音的字母组合后,完成课本上相应的读音练习。 教学目标 通过本课节的教学,让学生达成以下目标: 1.知识目标 掌握词汇:item, poor, area, most, pocket money, a pair of, size, try on, fit, expensive, another, price, large。 2.能力目标 (1) 能从所听内容中获取相关信息;了解贫困地区孩子的生活情况,培养学生节俭和助人为乐的品质。 (2) 认知英语中的部分辅音字母组合的发音;能正确读出这些音素;能根据已学的音标认读新的单词。 3.情感目标 学会正确使用零花钱,培养学生正确的金钱观。 重点难点 重点:从所听内容中获取相关信息;认知英语中的部分辅音字母组合的发音 难点:根据已学的音标认读新的单词 教学准备 PPT 课件,相关图片 授课时数 1课时 教学过程 Step 1 Warming up Have a free talk: Do you have any pocket money? How do you spend your pocket money? with the following structures I buy…with pocket money. I use pocket money to buy… I spend pocket money on… Step 2 Presentation Set a real shopping situation to present the new words: a pair of shoes size large try on another fit price expensive I recently (最近) buy ___________(一双鞋). Then I _____(试穿)______(另一,又一) pair of shoes, it ____(适合)me very well! But its _____(价格) is 1000 yuan. I think it is too _________(昂贵的). Step 3 Speaking up 1. Listen and answer: (1) What would Simon like to buy? (2) What’s Simon’s size? (3) How much do the shoes cost? (4) Do they buy this pair of shoes? Why or why not? Answers: (1) A pair of shoes.
