Unit 4  Growing up Task设计说明首先通过谈论Anne Frank来复习，引出对自己影响最大的人，导入新课，然后结合一些问题来讨论对自己影响最大的人的情况。阅读课本上的范文，弄懂文章大意后，讨论如何写类似的文章。再根据一些问题和相关的习惯用语提示，写出自己的文章。最后讲解几个知识点，完成巩固练习。教学目标通过本课时的教学，让学生达成以下目标：1.知识目标掌握单词和短语：unusual, cell, cancer, surprise, research, death, to one’s surprise。     2.能力目标（1）学习如何描述人物及其事迹。（2）学会如何写对自己人生影响最大的人物。（3）逐步掌握写作技巧，提升写作能力。3.情感目标 通过学习，培养学生在成长过程中无论遇到什么困难都永不言弃的精神。重点难点重点：学会描述人物及其事迹，写对自己人生影响最大的人物。难点：灵活使用生词和短语，学会写人物事迹。教学准备PPT 课件；相关图片。授课时数1课时教学过程Step 1  Lead-in 1.
