设计说明 本单元谈论的是如何用英语表达物品以及拼写单词。围绕着重点句型“—What’s this in English?—It’s...”和“How do you spell...?”进行听说读写的训练。通过谈论英语课本引入新课。通过听力练习和对话演练,提升学生的听说和朗读能力。学习本模块的新单词、短语和句型,学习新语言点,增加学生的语言积累。通过游戏,增强学生的学习兴趣;通过对应练习,巩固学生对单词、短语、句型和语法的掌握,提升运用能力。 教学目标 通过本单元的教学,让学生达成以下目标: 1. 知识目标 掌握本单元新单词及短语: in, English, in English, a, write, on, the, blackboard, OK, pen, no, pencil, do, bird, cat, dog, flower。 掌握本单元重点句型: —What’s this in English? —It’s... How do you spell...? 2. 能力目标 能听懂询问物品用英语如何表达及拼写的对话。 3. 情感目标 通过听说训练,培养学生对课程的热爱。 重点难点 重点: 询问物品用英语如何表达的句型 难点: 小组合作对话 教学准备 PPT课件;活动1、2、3、5的录音 授课时数 1课时 教学过程 Step 1 Leading in Show pictures to learn the new words, using the pattern“—What’s this in English? —It’s...” T: What’s this in English? S: It’s an English book. T: What’s this in English? S: It’s a pen. /It’s a pencil. /... Step 2 Listening 1. Listen and read. (1)Play the recording and ask the students to listen. (2)Invite several students to come to the front to write what they heard on the blackboard. (3)Show time by role-playing the conversation. 2. Listen and point. (1)Ask the students to look at the pictures in Activity 2. Listen and point. (2)Ask and answer according to Activity 2 like this: —What’s this in English? —It’s a dog. (1 a bird 2 a book 3 a cat 4 a dog 5 a flower 6 a pen 7 a pencil) (3)Ask several students to come to the front to ask and others answer. 3. Listen and write. B: ________, __________. Now listen again and check. Answers: this in English; It’s a; do you; C-A-T; cat Step 3 Language points 1. What’s this in English?这个用英语怎么说? (1) What’s this…?该句用于询问距离自己较近的物品是什么,意为“这是什么?”。答语是“It’s/It is…”,注意在答语中要用it来代替this。 —What’s this? 这是什么? —It’s a pen. 它是一支钢笔。 (2) in English意为“用英语”,in后面可以跟语言,表示“用某种语言”。 Can you say it in English? 你会用英语说它吗? I can say it in Chinese. 我会用汉语说它。 2. It’s a book. 它是一本书。 冠词的用法: Step 4 Game time Put some objects in a bag. Ask one student of the group to keep one thing in his or her hand, other group members guess, and each member has one chance to guess, which group get the right object first, they will be the winners. 1. Ask and answer like this: A: What’s this in English? B: A pen? A: No. B: A pencil? A: Yes, a pencil. B: How do you spell “ pencil ”? A: P-E-N-C-I-L, pencil. Step 5 Homework 1.
